India has featured amongst the top 10 countries in the world who have made the most improvements in terms of ease of doing business. India, along with two other countries, have implemented a total of eight major business regulatory reforms (the highest number of reforms by any country) in 2016-17. Overall, the country has jumped 30 ranks to reach rank 100 in the World Bank flagship report, Doing Business 2018.
